Civil engineering included site grading and drainage design of the 5 acre site including new access driveways and 20 vehicle parking lot, and landscaping features. The site is situated on steep terrain and required the design of a modular block retaining wall system.  EEI also provided site utility design including the relocation of an existing community water system, design of a new Class A Public water system, and design a commercial on-site septic system.
